We Are Scientists Plot Worldwide Tour For Early '06

Brooklyn's newest buzz band (well, one of them), We Are Scientists, will release their debut album next week (Jan 10) through Virgin Records. Two days later they will take their pop meets dance meets punk meets whatever else you can think of sound to the masses with a quick headlining tour of North America. Kicking things off at the Bowery, the band will hit Buffalo, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Baltimore, Philly and Hoboken, NJ, before jetting overseas to join Maximo Park, Arctic Monkeys and Mystery Jets on the Shockwaves NME Awards tour. On off days from the NME tour, W.A.S. will open select dates for the Kaiser Chiefs in Spain, France, Holland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. North American tour details are below.
