Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland, better known to the masses as The Crystal Method, will be making some noise early this year via two very different films. The first will be the theatrical release of Coachella, the documentary film which captures the ins and outs of the Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival. The film features The Crystal Method’s 2004 live performance at the event.
Then on February 10, Sony Pictures will release the film London, who’s original score comes courtesy of guess who… The Crystal Method. Written and directed by newcomer Hunter Richards, the film stars Chris Evans (Fantastic Four), Jason Statham (Transporter), and Jessica Biel (Elizabethtown). The soundtrack album, which also includes contributions from The Out Crowd and a few others, will be released on January 24 via The Crystal Method’s own Tiny E Records. Keep an eye out.
