Isobel Campbell Launches First-Ever Solo Tour

Former Belle & Sebastian chanteuse Isobel Campbell will be taking to the open road this spring in support of the Ballad Of The Broken Seas LP, her highly anticipated new album with Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees, Queens Of The Stone Age). The tour will kick off on March fourth to coincide with the March 7 release of the album through V2. Joining her along way will be a stand-up group of fellow Glasgow-based musical masters - Eugene Kelly (Vaselines, Eugenius, Captain America) on vocals and guitars, Jim McCulloch (The Groovy Little Numbers, Soup Dragons) on vocals and guitars, Dave McGowan (sometimes Teenage Fanclub) on everything from lap steel to keyboards to bass, and Dave Gormley on drums.

I'll just lay the tour dates on ya, but first, take a look at the new video for "Ramblin Man", from the recently-released Ramblin' Man EP and the forthcoming album. If you like sex, drugs and rock & roll, click here, because there's no way this will ever make it onto TV.
