Vice Brings Justice To The US

With a track record that includes Bloc Party, The Streets, Death From Above, Chromeo, and The Stills, it's worth mentioning when Vice signs a new act to their Vice Records imprint. The French techno duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier De Rosnay, known to the dance music world as Justice, are that band and will be domestically releasing their first EP in May and debut LP in September through Vice.

Justice broke onto the scene with a remix of Simian's "Never Be Alone". Remember Simian? They were great. Anyway, Justice went on to remix tracks for the likes of Daft Punk, Franz Ferdinand, DFA79, N*E*R*D, Fatboy Slim and even Britney Spears. They've also released a few 12"s on all the right French dance labels (Ed Bangers Records, International DeeJay Gigolos)

To get us Americans psyched up for their EP and album, Vice will be releasing a download-only single on January 17. Called "Waters Of Nazareth", the three-track single will be available at all of your favorite download retailers (iTunes, eMusic, etc).

If you don't want to wait, you can download and .mov file with three tracks, six remixes and a ton of footage from Justice's European gigs. I think it's safe to say that they're officially "big in Europe". Take a look and you'll know what I mean. You can download it here.
