If you've been checking your Verizon Vcast you may know that the reunited Fugees played a show last night, but did you know they played it right outside our Los Angeles office?!?!?!?!?! They shut down six city blocks for the performance and folks started crowding the streets at noon for the the 8:00 PM show. We stuck our nappy heads (and digital cameras) out the window to watch the nearly two-hour concert that featured all the trio's greatest hits from their time both alone and together. Wyclef rode a scissorlift up to the Hollywood Blvd sign, Pras did whatever Pras does (we still haven't figured that out), and super-’froed Lauryn Hill told the crowd that she's not crazy. BTW, "I'm not crazy" may be the catchphrase of 2006. We snuck down to the street and captured L-Boogie's spiel regarding her mindstate, as well as her performance of classic banger "Lost Ones". Halfway through the jam the band switched the beat up to Lil Kim's "Lighters Up" and if you consider how much Kim's joint owes to "Lost Ones", well that is kind of crazy. Watch the video right here.
