It’s beginning to look like America is giving the UK festivals a run for their money. From our great lineups at this year’s Bonnaroo, to last year’s ACL fest the lineups can be described as nothing less than “sick”. Not in that “I threw up in my mouth a little” way sick. It’s more of a “Hell’s yeah motherfucker my pants are on fire” sick. What does this have to do with anything you ask? Sasquatch Music Festival, that’s what.
This year’s Sasquatch Music Festival’s lineup was announced and it looks bigger and better than ever before. Three days, three stages, and over 40 bands over Memorial Day weekend at the Gorge Amphitheatre is going to be hard to beat. Tickets for this year’s event are $55.00 per day (plus applicable service charges) and go on sale on Saturday, March 4 at 11 a.m. through Ticketmaster or House of Blues. House of Blues, KEXP, TobaccoSmokesYou.com, MySpace, The End, The Mountain, Coors, Filter, Alaska Air, Xbox, Easy Street Records and Dakine are sponsoring it; so be sure and tell them thanks.
