The Return Of NYC's All England Club

NYC fans of UK music, listen up! After going on hiatus for a few months, we can finally announce the return of the All England Club. This monthly event has a brand new home, now taking place at Lolita Bar (266 Broome St between Allen and Orchard). Click here for directions.

For those of you unfamiliar with the rules of the All England Club, there are only a few. First, all music played by the TopSpin DJs must be from the UK. Second, all music played must follow the selected theme for that particular month’s party. We can announce that this month’s theme is England v. Scotland. if you enjoy both Oasis and Primal Scream, as well as Franz Ferdinand and Blur, then you will like everything you'll hear. If you love Ride and Teenage Fanclub then we'll have you covered as well. And some Rod Stewart might make it into the mix too, just to keep you on your toes.

The suggested attire for the All England Club is tennis whites, although all are welcome. Those wearing tennis whites will be asked to become official members of the AEC, which will give you special preferences and privileges.

The upcoming installment of the All England Club is going down this coming Thursday, March 2. There will be complementary Guinness and Harp from 9 to 10pm, so get there early and enjoy some free beverages. For more info, check out the official AEC MySpace page.
