The whirlwind of buzz surrounding unsigned Chicago quartet Office and their self-released album, Q & A, has prompted the good folks at Lollapalooza to extend an invitation to the band, and of course, Office accepted. But before they perform on the giant Lolla stage, Office will take up residency at North side club Schubas as part of that venue's monthly "Practice Space" series. Having been a launch pad for the likes of Rachael Yamagata and The Changes, the "Practice Space" residency generally takes place every Monday night for a full month, allowing bands to find their groove and local fans a chance to show their support.
Office will be performing the first four weeks in May, playing Tuesday, May 2, and Monday, May 8, 15 and 22.
