You have already read how much I love the new Gomez record, How We Operate. We are less than one month away from the release of the new album, which hits stores on May 2. The very next day, the band will kick off a two-month North American tour. The first leg runs through May 27, covering the Southeast, Midwest and West Coast. Gomez then zips back to Europe for a few weeks, returning back to our shores in June.
During this tour they will be making pit stops for a few broadcast opportunities, including a visit to uber-cool radio station KEXP and a four-song acoustic set for A&E's Breakfast With The Arts. The Tripwire staff can totally vouch for the greatness of their current live show as we caught them during SXSW at the Levi's/FADER Trading Post. You'll definitely want to catch this fantastic band when they swing by a town near you!
