Dylan's Radio Show Goes Live May 3

"Theme Time Radio Hour With Your Host Bob Dylan" might be a mouthful to say, but it sure as hell sounds interesting. Airing in XM Satellite radio, "each weekly show will feature an eclectic mix of music based around a theme, and host Bob Dylan will offer stories about the music and topics of interest."

A hodgepodge group of special guests will also be making appearances, including Elvis Costello, Penn Jillette, Sarah Silverman, Jimmy Kimmel and Charlie Sheen... no, seriously, Charlie Sheen. I'm not making that up.

The theme of show #1 will be "weather" and will include "A Place In The Sun" sung in Italian by Stevie Wonder, Hendrix's "The Wind Cries Mary" and "Keep On The Sunny Side" by the Carter Family. Forthcoming themes include cars, dance, police and whiskey.

Dylan will also read and answer emails on his show, so if you have a question for him, you can email him here.

"Theme Time Radio Hour With Your Host Bob Dylan" will air on XM channel 40 at 10am ET each week, with encore broadcasts airing throughout the week.

Here's his XM Page. You can get all other info there.
