Antony And The Johnsons Think Sleep Is Overrated

Mercury Prize winner, Antony (Antony and the Johnsons), has been hard at work since winning the coveted award. Mainly, Antony has been working on a variety of collaborations, live events and film projects. He started off with the new album from Little Annie by co-producing and performing on it. Then moved onto contributing a track called "Hole In My Soul" for David Tibet's Not Alone, a 5-CD benefit for Doctors Without Borders. If that wasn't enough, he is also heard vocally on the new albums from Matomos, Metallic Falcons, Joan As Policewoman and My Robot Friend.

As for the films, Antony is featured in the soon-to-be-released I'm Your Man, a Leonard Cohen documentary. In the film Antony performs the song "If It Be Your Will." You may recall that Anthony recently had songs in V For Vendetta, Free Jimmy and La Vida Secreta De Las Palabras as well. In his not so spare time, Antony has even managed to score some pretty cool live dates that can be seen below.
