New York Dolls Debut New Album On Sirius

David Johansen, leader of the New York Dolls, hosts a great show on Sirius Satellite Radio's Disorder channel. The program, David Johansen's Mansion Of Fun, airs Fridays from 3 to 9pm. It should come as no surprise that the world premiere of the new album from the one and only New York Dolls would take place on this channel as well.

The new record, One Day It Will Please Us To Remember Even This, is their first studio album in more than thirty years. The record features some cool collaborations, including guest vocals from Michael Stipe and Iggy Pop. The new tunes will hit stores on July 25 via Roadrunner Records.

To hear it way before you can buy it, Sirius will debut the album on Tuesday, June 13 at 4pm ET. Yup, that is NEXT Tuesday. In case you happen to miss it, the program will be rebroadcast on June 14 at 9pm ET.
