In preparation for the LA release of Wassup Rockers (already playing in New York), last Sunday there was big ass block party and screening outside of American Apparel's downtown factory. The day featured plenty of shredding and also shredding (translation for moms: skateboarding and also guitar playing), but the most magical moment came when the film's director Larry Clark took the stage. Doing it for the shorties in the audience, Clark performed a rendition of the Cat Stevens' chestnut "Father And Son." But you already knew that Larry Clark loves the kids, and the Kids!
