If any of you out there a) made a New Year's resolution involving losing some weight, working out, or dieting, and b) actually did something about it... meaning you worked out and/or dieted, then you might find this funny.
Unfortunately, like many of you, I'm at the age where I can no longer sustain myself on fast food 2-3 meals a day and alcoholic beverages 4-5 nights a week without paying some serious consequences... Well, I suppose a beer belly and a few extra pounds here and there don't exactly qualify as "serious," but when you are a skinny guy like me, a beer belly just looks weird. Plus, it's cool to look like you're on heroin now anyway, right? While becoming a heroin addict crossed my mind for a split second early this year, I decided a better (and less expensive) way to go about the whole "get into shape" new year's resolution was to go on some sort of diet. So I did this de-tox diet thing (no booze, bread, salt, butter, etc.) and well... the video below strikes close to home, except the part about the pie (you'll see). I figured a few of you might be in the same boat, so have a look below. Oh, and if you work in a stuffy office, you might want to wait 'till you get home.
