Video - Exclusive Tripwire Live Session With Mew

We were very fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to spend some time with the brilliant Danish group Mew. The band was in town for a performance at NYC's Hiro Ballroom to support the release of their fantastic album, And The Glass Handed Kites. Our good friends at Columbia Records helped arrange an intimate acoustic performance for us, which we just happened to put to tape.

Mew isn't known for performing acoustically all that often, making these three songs all the more special. We want to send many thanks to Jonas Bjerre and the rest of the band for taking a few minutes out of their schedule to film this exclusive Tripwire Live Session. We should also remind all of you that their 2003 breakthrough album Frengers is now available here in the US.
