On The Street: The Art Parade

Saturday’s Art Parade was full of weird and wonderful moments of sartorial wildness. But even more impressive were the off duty paraders who managed to re-accessorize parts of their costume (one pair of painted canvas booties, one big-n-blonde mask) into their post-parade outfits.
