Video: Esau Mwamwaya, “Chalo”
- story THE FADER
We wrote about UK photographer duo Tim & Barry’s musician-modeled photographs for Jean-Charles de Castelbac back in Issue 47, not knowing they were producing the best internet Grime television channel we have ever seen. It is made of things like JME freestyling while playing video games, Jammer in France, Tempz doing “Dikhed Ting” next to a picket fence and many other MCs doing other things. But we’re picking out the above video of Esau Mwamwaya and Radioclit sitting in front of a consignment shop singing “Chalo” because it is everything we want music videos to be: awesome, happy and ultra bootleg. For the rest of the videos, head over to Tim & Barry TV.
