Phantom Planet Finds New Home On Indie Label

Somehow this one slipped right passed us. Apparently, the Los Angeles popsters Phantom Planet, the band that is unfortunately best known for the theme song for television show The OC, has decided to end their time dealing with major labels and have opted to snuggle up with an indie. The fellas are now signed with Fueled By Ramen, who will be releasing their new album in the spring of 2008. To get a sneak peek at their new material, head over to MySpace and give "Leader" a listen. Oh, and they now apparently have matching outfits. Weird.
