Video: Whisky Baggio, “Wuk Gal”
- story THE FADER
In our latest issue we profiled six small labels we think will be doing big things in 2008. One of those is Klash City Records (based in Brooklyn), which we described as “dancehall engaged in urban warfare with hip-hop and electro rock.” Label founder 77Klash last year produced the Swarm riddim, which has versions from Aidonia, Lutan Fyah, Vybz Kartel and Whisky Baggio, whose version has a video we just ran across. We’re not sure why, but Swarm has inspired some serious hilarity from dudes and “Wuk Gal” is no exception. Check Aidonia’s take here.
