San Francisco’s Birdmonster has been cooped up lately, finishing up recording their second album with Tom Schick (Ryan Adams, Norah Jones) in San Francisco. We have to wait until this summer to get their newest LP in our hands, but we can report that the guys will have a new label to call home for it; FADER Label (Saul Williams, Editors). Until we can get our mits on the new tunes, go see the guys out on the road throughout March (including a stop at SXSW). Our bet is that you can hear some of the new material there.
