With three down (The Knux, The Fashion, These New Puritans), and an unfortunate cancellation (The Lemonheads), it turns out we’re rolling along pretty steadily. Pretty really steadily. Helping the matters along during the 4 o’clock hour was Folk-Rockers, Langhorne Slim.
Clad in minstrel hats and pounding on drums and an upright bass, the trio put on a warm and thick set, putting on display some tracks from their forthcoming self-titled album (April 29th). Paul Defiglia and Malachi DeLorenzo bounced along on drum and bass as Slim belted out a howl that would be as welcome back at Woodstock as it was here today.
