Thanks to the democracy of the internet, Killer Mike can hop on Jeezy’s fairly unimpeachable “My President is Black” and call everyone ignorant. He went a little overboard—telling rappers to stop making songs about Obama until they sound smarter in their interviews and claiming to have started the “hip-hop is dead movement” which we weren’t even aware was an actual movement so much as just a couple dudes complaining for a week—but that’s why he’s Killer Mike. And essentially we agree that reading books is a pretty good idea.
