Video – Glasvegas "Geraldine" (Acoustic)

They’re currently the subject of our On The Cover feature, but this version of Glasvegas’ “Geraldine” features only singer James Allan and his acoustic guitar sitting in a hallway. It’s a stripped down, intimate and dare we say, pretty, version of the single. read more »

Flashback Friday Video – Refused "New Noise"

Widely considered one of — if not the — best produced, written and recorded punk/hardcore album’s of all time, Refused left an indelible mark on musical history when they released their musical manifesto The Shape of Punk To Come a decade ago in 1998. Split

In fact, from the outside looking in, they appear to be diametric opposites; one is mysterious, methodical and crushing, while the other is a rather ubiquitous fixture on the Warped circuit, as well as the (acknowledged) bridge between mall-core and credibility. read more »
