LA-based photographer Jenny Lens has taken thousands of great early punk rock photos — with special attention paid to The Ramones. Now she is releasing over a hundred rare and exclusive photos of the iconic group in a new photo eBook.
In what might be the first-ever only digital eBook devoted to rock photography (although it’s nothing new in the magazine world), Jenny will “publish” over 100 rare, mostly never published photos, proof sheets, full-page black and white and color photos. Entitled Ramones First West Coast Tour, 1976, Highlights, V1, the book is a first in a series of new photo eBooks from the Lens’ punk archive.
You can download a free 16 page sample of Ramones First West Coast Tour, 1976, Highlights, V1 or purchase the book driectly from her website.

i miss joey ramone
Great piece – Love the photos of Joe and Dee.
Nothing like seeing them in their youth – all together in black and white.
Kids today must truly learn and not just wear the fucking t shirt – but truly spend time and walk in their footsteps. Joe was one of the nicest guys ever.
And the site looks great.
Love the red – throughout – I feel grounded and interested.
It’s like a pulsating lab full of good intentions – and with
advertising….well
This upgrade is very much like “HAIR” graduating from the PUBLIC
theatre and heading to broadway March 09. Great work. Miss you all.
