Fischerspooner Announce Details Of First U.S. Tour In Five Years

For the first time in more than five years, Fischerspooner will be taking their one-of-a-kind performances on the road with a brand new U.S. tour, "Between Worlds," starting in May.

Fischerspooner has been known to mix its electropop with art, dance and fashion, dabbling most recently in Vaudeville, Japanese Kabuki and avant-garde theater. This time around they've been working with The Wooster Group (after performing in their production of Hamlet) and learning some of the company's techniques to integrate into their shows. They've got a coterie of performance enhancers, including a choreographer and musical director, pretty much guaranteeing that these shows will be like nothing you've seen before. We don't know much else, but we can probably guarantee at least that.
