It’s amazing when you find a well-coiffed subject and they just happen to be passing a bizzaro store of bad taste. Were not saying that it’s because this girl is in South Korea, this could happen anywhere. The amazing part is that those weird half-sphere sneakers in the background highlight just how well-balanced this girl’s flipped hair and studded jumper look is.
