To trace the history of Chromatics or Glass Candy or really any group that has ever released anything on Italians Do It Better involves delving occasionally into dubious no wave attempts and interesting early experiments with their current sound. However many twists and turns the music takes, it’s always good to see where a band we like came from. Contradefacto On Blast must agree with us because they’ve posted (with permission from the band) every tour only, tangentially related cd-r ever made by the Italians crew. We’re not going to vouch for every second herein, but sometimes it’s all about the process, you know?
