Trent Reznor Will Never Become Gene Simmons

trentreznor

Nine Inch Nails mastermind Trent Reznor has declared NIN's touring days done and over with. We highly recommend fans check out NIN's last ever tour dates before Reznor holes up in his basement for the rest of his life. Though it might be the last we see, it won't be the last we hear from Reznor; he claims he is quitting touring in order to pour more energy into making quality music in the form of NIN and other collaborations, as well as non-musical projects. Additionally, he says he'd "never want to be Gene Simmons, an old man who puts on makeup to entertain kids, like a clown going to work.” We hate to break it to you, Trent, but Gene Simmons has always been a man who puts on makeup to entertain kids. And you can't even see the wrinkles under all that face paint! (via Rolling Stone)
