It’s hard to say whether the amount of great remixes made of a particular song indicates whether or not the original is actually any good or just a good pile of junk to build something with, but Marina & The Diamonds‘ “I Am Not A Robot” was definitely on major blast before anyone decided to mess with it and the remixes have yet to strip away too much of what makes her version so good. This latest one, just posted by her US label and FADER favorite Neon Gold, is no different, with NY rookie Penguin Prison translating the bounce into mirrored mosaic disco fabulism.
