It’s taken us a few days to digest the archive of awesome that Betsey Johnson recently posted on her website. And honestly between the 10 amazing fashion shows—starting with the fall of 1979 and stretching right up through to the early ’90s—it’s almost impossible to pick favorites. Do we go with the Lion-King-meets-Lawrence-of-Arabia vibes Johnson channels for spring ‘84? Or ride for her fall ‘82 bleach-blonde fembots? In any case the videos are the best kind of sartorial teaser we can think of for the new Betsey Johnson X Opening Ceremony collection, due to hit the store any day now and featured in our current Drake/Girls Fall Fashion issue on newsstands now.
