On The Street: Hard Shoulders in SoHo

There’s been a lot of hoo-ha about the return of the shoulder—cue Alexis Colby impersonators and Balmain knock-offs—but there are few fashion folk who have been able to knock this trend out of the park and into outer space like this gentleman we spotted walking his dog in SoHo yesterday.
