Translating William Blake into Indonesian as song lyrics is almost as nutty as translating international musical styles into clattering punk rock. Malaikat Dan Singa, an World infused solo project from the man more famous as part of Old Time Relijun, proves that if music isn't the universal language, it's at least more universal than than Indonesian. Nama Bersembunyi either sounds like some third world eccentrics got their hands on the New York Noise compilation or like some New York eccentrics got a hold of some Sun City Girls disks. Malaikat Dan Singa is due out on K Records this November.
