The Foundation is home to some of our favorite brands, and an invitation to see the new collections at their showroom is always a chance to play imaginary dress-up with our digital cameras. After the jump, a very tight edit of what we’re feeling for the holiday season and beyond.
1. Huf Hats (Above)
San Fran label Huf has been going from strength strength with their clothing ever season—the spring 2010 collection has a ton of great outwear, including a really solid camel peacoat and two-tone rain jacket. It’s the photo prints and reassuring wooley ear flaps on their hats that really caught our eye.
2. Super Sunglasses
We would have honestly swiped the entire Super collection for spring 2010 had no-one been looking. Super evolves the silhouettes in the collection just the right way—there are some killer flattop models and this new riff on the round spectacle is stunning. Look out for an one-of-a-kind amber acetate they’ve scooped for next season
3. Keds for Opening Cermony
These Keds only just dropped in OC a few weeks ago, and already we’ve spotted at least three of the fours styles out on the street. It’s really a toss-up between the true blue denim joints our tie-dye.
4. Play Cloths Varsity Jacket
The Clipse started Play Cloths nearly a year ago and we hear there are some pretty big anniversary celebrations in pipeline for next month. This varsity jacket is definitely one of the standout pieces in their holiday collection.
5. Generic Man Shoes
The Generic Man collection for next season is so huge and stunning that it was impossible to narrow the selection to just one picture—so we cheated and chose two.
