FADER TV: Wayne Coyne on the Flaming Lips in 2009

Over the holidays I made my yearly pilgrimage back to Oklahoma to visit my family. This year, in addition to combing the local antique malls for ceramic cats and eating at Chili’s like it’s my full-time job, I made time to stop by Wayne Coyne’s house (on the day after Christmas, no less) and chat with him about the recently released Christmas On Mars, the Flaming Lips‘ upcoming stint as curators for the next ATP Festival and Wayne’s own hopes and dreams for 2009.
