Helsinki trio Le Corps Mince de Francoise just MySpace-droppedtheir new single in advance of their full-length release on perennially chic tune haus Kitsune. It’s a slice of electronic pop nougat, breathy vocals and what sounds like Pokemon barking for dramatic effect, something like 23rd century twee sans babyishness, or maybe an audio companion piece to the less cliche Takashi Murakami pieces. Plus they have a song called “Bitch of the Bitches” that we can get down with. House duo Renaissance Man’s remix of “Something Golden” takes the Pokemon to a ping pong tournament, adding all sorts of sproing and patience and it’s lovely.
