Neon Indian’s eye-rolly hybrid title aside, the Grizzly Bear homie pushes their eminently mellow picnic jam into a lovely Psychic TV/videodrone zone, filtering their nice-guyness through the psychedelic fractals of his brain (or basement). Kinda wonder what these dudes talk about when they all hang out together. We picture them stretched out on lawn chairs suntanning themselves while drinking like, iced tea with muddled raspberries and mint. Or something equally chillaxed and “soothing,” as Edward Droste would say.
