After the anti-hip hop debacle in Kansas City, some people might have pulled the plug on rap to ease venue tensions. Bacardi B-LIVE 2009 rolled on to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and headlined the next show with Q-Tip, and as you’ll see in the video above, there were no problems. Imagine that!
