Remember that time your mom went out of town and instead of her breast milk you got some lukewarm Yoo-hoo from your dad? Oh that’s right you don’t remember that because you were a baby. Well, it messed you up. Trust us. It made you get drunk in high school and make out with losers after college. It might even be the reason you are wearing those pants. Just saying the disclaimer that “No children were harmed in the making of this video” for “Kids” by MGMT seems a little dubious considering they scared the living shit out of this little dude and probably for more than one take. Then he watches a psychedelic puppet show and THEN turns into an animated cheeseburger. Here’s our disclaimer: Do not let Ray Tintori babysit for you even if he has really good references. This Video is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I mean what parent in their right mind would do this to their child? That poor little boy is terrified! It breaks my heart to look at this!!!

Calm down, everyone. Haven’t any of you ever heard of computer generated imagery (CGI)? Remember how they made Megan Fox and the Transformers 1000X sexier than what they really should be? Well it’s the same thing here.
Anyway ask yourselves this: would you rather have professionals make a music video for you, or do you leave it to the fans?

thats why they use old school monsters in the video so that you forget about tech that they might have to green screen the child in.

Ive actually seen behind the scene pictures of the making of the video and as far as I could see, when he is in his crib the monster is actually a real life animatronic as far as the rest i don’t know
