Susan Boyle captivated the world with her jaw-dropping rendition of "I Dream A Dream," inspiring eyes to pop out of their sockets and prompting Simon Cowell to look as if he had just found his biggest cash cow ever. Now that she has conquered the Top 40 charts, she seems to have set her sights on capturing the hearts and minds of indie rock's elite: Hot Chip has penned a song in her honor. Bandmember Joe Goddard revealed to NME that "Keep Quiet," a track from the band's forthcoming album, One Life Stand, was written immediately after he too witnessed Boyle's earth-shattering performance. "I'd never seen it before and I found it quite incredible," he said. "Just listening to that made me want to write a song. I sent the track to Alexis [Taylor] and he quickly wrote the words and sent it back."
Susan Boyle = UNITER.
