Phish Release Historic Live Recordings To Aid Haiti

Like Wilco did one week ago today, Phish are releasing memorable live audio to help raise funds for Haitian relief. But in appropriately thoughtful phashion, they're going waaaaaaaay back, sharing a show that took place at Saint Michael's College in Colchester, VT on November 19, 1992. According to Spinner, the show was a tour opener that not only included covers of Johnny Cash's "Walk The Line" and Hendrix's "Bold As Love," but also served as a debut for eventual staples such as "Lengthwise" and "Axilla." What's more, it's a three-CD package that also includes four songs from sound check that evening. You can snag it for just under $10 dollars here. All proceeds will go to the American Red Cross and Partners For Health.
