Hot Chip and the Roots Team Up To Form Rhythmic Voltron For Jimmy Fallon

Last night, Brit electro-funkers Hot Chip dropped by one of the better venues in New York -- that is, the set of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon -- to drop some dance-y knowledge from their new album, One Life Stand, on America's after-hours couch potatoes. Oh, and look who give them some rhythmic assistance -- the Roots! Take it from us: with these two getting together, there's more thumping and grooving than a year's worth of Ibiza anthems. Hey, NBC: hire Hot Chip on as a second house band along with Questlove and his mighty men. That would be Must-See TV.

Check out clips of Hot Chip and the Roots performing "Take It In" (which wasn't featured in the original broadcast) above -- and while you're at it, watch the dynamic sorta-duo perform "One Life Stand" below.
