Liam "Knobhead" Gallagher Hurls Microphone Into Crowd

Trust Liam Gallagher to bring his family dramz to the stage in suitably epic fashion: while accepting the award for Brits Album of 30 Years for (What's the Story) Morning Glory? on behalf of Oasis, he made sure to thank his bandmates with the exception of his brother, Noel Gallagher. "Listen, kids, I wanna thank Bonehead, Guigs [Paul McGuigan], Alan White and the best fucking fans in the world," Gallagher said before tossing his microphone and the award into the audience as he walked offstage.

In response, host Peter Kay called Gallagher a "knobhead" (touché, sir), and the (apparently polite/British) audience pleaded with the viewer who had caught the award to give it back, which he did after a few minutes, although if I had been beaned in the head with an award by Liam Gallagher, I would claim it as war spoils.
