In a recent interview over at Pitchfork, MGMT's Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser gave the impression that they'd like to be considered envelope-pushing provocateurs ahead of hitmakers. On Saturday night at 30 Rock, there was a great moment during "Brian Eno" in which they gave each other a look before unleashing an awfully abrasive coda. Look for it above. Also, the close-ups on their second guitarist were funny before they were unsettling. That dude should settle down some. "Flash Delirium" is after the jump.
