As we grow older (and weirder) we find ourselves listening to public radio and watching public television more with each passing day. We’re turning into our parents! This wasn’t supposed to happen so soon! To help ease the transition (we think) NPR has been killing it in the streaming department of late, previewing great albums a week before they drop. This week they’ve got The New Pornographers’ new LP, Together, on tap. We’ve admittedly lost touch with AC Newman and crew in recent years but this sounds lively—it might just be their best yet.
