Making it big as a teenager in the early ’90s had its ups and downs for Tevin Campbell. When he was discovered by Quincy Jones, that co-sign in and of itself made Tevin famous. Since releasing his claim to fame “Can We Talk,” he’s been relatively a one-hit wonder.
