Erik Schedin Sells Awesome Sneakers and Furniture Spray

May 25, 2010

We found Erik Schedin and his curious collection of objects via London shopping emporium Dover Street Market, who sell his immaculately simple tennis shoes, among other things. Curiouser and curiouser is his online store, where alongside the gorgeous tote bags and minimal fitteds, you can find random objects for sale in the Schedin aesthetic, like referee whistles, furniture spray and ancient transistor radios. Schedin is a self-confessed control freak—hence the Pledge!—and when this particular brand of furniture spray was discontinued, he swiped most of the last bottles. Clearly though, the Swedish designer is self-aware enough to poke fun at his OCD ticks, which ultimately makes for really solid products.
