Sufjan Stevens Working On New Record With The National

sufjan

Yesterday, we saw actual proof The Strokes were playing live shows as a seemingly functional band. Today, The National's Bryce Dessner brings promises Sufjan is working on his new album in their studio. While Sufjan has participated in several musical projects since his Illinois album (including singing back-up vocals on the latest National record), he has not made what would be regarded as a proper follow-up since. When speaking on the album, Dessner also used the phrase "incredible" and said it would "blow people's minds." Bryce, you seem like a good dude, but don't play with us here. (Via: P4K)
