The Morning After: Al Green, "Let's Stay Together" on Jonathan Ross

Check in with us daily to see Suite903 artists take over TV. Today we’re watching Al Green perform “Let's Stay Together” on the BBC's Jonathan Ross.

Over three decades Al Green has made a living off of bringing people together and of course making whoopie to his greatest hits. Yet there is still that one song that he will forever be famous for, "Let's Stay Together." The song has been a part of great pop culture moments like Butch meeting with Marsellus Wallace in Taranino's Pulp Fiction, and most recently getting Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmore (on guitar) and TV personality/former Squeeze keyboarder Jools Holland to back him up on the BBC's Friday Night with Jonathan Ross. Watch Reverend Al's timelessness below.
