Man about town, FADER contributor, New York Times art-graph machine, occasional DJ and all around Good Dude Andrew Kuo put together a mix for Artist Advocacy (go there and read Kuo’s words on what the mix is all about). It is primarily made up of early-’90s jams, but maybe not the ones you’d expect. We’re especially psyched at the appearance of Unwound and also Beck’s cover of Skip James’ “He’s a Mighty Good Leader” from that period where he was making awesome lo-fi country stuff that no one really talks about for whatever reason.
