Stream: The First New Seefeel Song in 15 Years, “Faults”

July 23, 2010

This song is great. Seefeel, a loosely electronic shoegaze group from the UK in the ’90s, are an educated stoner's dream, always packed with detail but mostly filled with glorious, beautiful haze. They've nudged towards reunion before, recently covering Maximo Park for Warp's 20th anniversary box set, but have not released new material of their own. "Faults" changes that. It's deep slinky, crinkly drum at its heart. "Faults" is going to be released as part of a four song single on Warp on September 21st, and Seefeel will be playing one reunion show the week before in London.
